Oxford Home Tutors aims to provide reliable tutoring services and quality educational products. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.
1. Tutor Registration Fee
The PKR 3,000 tutor registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The fee covers registration processing, profile creation, verification, promotion, and access to available tutoring opportunities. Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee a tuition assignment, student, client, or specific income.
Once registration has been processed, the registration fee cannot be refunded due to a tutor’s failure to receive, accept, or secure a tuition opportunity.
2. Courses
Fees paid for digital or online courses are generally non-refundable once access to the course has been provided.
If a technical issue prevents the customer from accessing a purchased course and Oxford Home Tutors is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period, the company may consider an appropriate refund or alternative solution.
3. Notes, Guess Papers & Digital Products
Payments for digital notes, guess papers, PDFs, study material, and other downloadable or electronically delivered products are generally non-refundable once the product has been delivered, downloaded, or access has been provided.
If a customer receives an incorrect or technically defective file, they should contact us so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, provide a corrected file or alternative solution.
4. Tuition Services
For home or online tuition, refund or payment-related issues will be handled according to the specific agreement between the student/parent, tutor, and Oxford Home Tutors.
If a tuition arrangement cannot proceed because of a confirmed issue attributable to Oxford Home Tutors, the company may review the matter and determine an appropriate solution.
5. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you accidentally make a duplicate payment or pay the wrong amount, please contact us as soon as possible with the transaction details.
After verification, Oxford Home Tutors may issue an appropriate refund where applicable.
6. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe that a payment was made without your authorization, contact us immediately with the relevant transaction details. We may request additional information to verify the transaction.
7. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, the refund will normally be processed through the applicable payment method or payment provider.
The time required for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.
8. Non-Refundable Charges
Unless specifically stated otherwise, the following are generally non-refundable:
- Tutor registration fee of PKR 3,000
- Digital notes
- Guess papers
- Downloadable academic material
- Course access after delivery/access has been provided
- Services already completed or delivered
9. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or report a payment issue, contact us with:
