• Goal: Aims to provide a secure medium and guarantee privacy for all parties (student, parent, client, tutor, teacher, resource, and freelancer).

• Data Management: Ensures prudent and responsible management of personal information using encrypted data and compliance with correct protocols.

• ID/CNIC:

  • Will Not Share: Your ID card/CNIC picture or details will not be shared with any individual, public platform, or third party.

  • Purpose: Required only for identity verification and to confirm authenticity through NADRA.

  • Exception: The company has the right to use it only if a violation or illicit activity is reported about the tutor/teacher/resource.

• Registration Picture: Will not be shared with any student, parent, client, tutor, teacher, resource, or freelancer.

• Contact Information: Will not be shared with any third party without the permission/consent of the concerned individual.

  • Academic/Professional Info: Will only be shared when the tutor/teacher/resource or freelancer applies for a specific vacancy.

• WhatsApp Groups: Tutors/teachers/resources are added for vacancy updates. Private contact between members is prohibited and must be reported immediately. Violations can lead to registration cancellation and permanent blocking of the ID card/CNIC.

• Information Sharing: All registered members are instructed not to share any information of another registered member on any private or public channel, as it violates the agreement and will result in immediate suspension/cancellation and permanent blacklisting.

• Confidentiality: It is instructed not to take screenshots, share, or forward any information exchanged between a company representative and any other party to a third party.

• Online Lectures: Students/parents/clients/tutors/teachers/resources cannot record online lectures. Notes are advised.
